Storage Units:
We have two different sizes of storage units, 8 x 8 and 8 x 16 each with a ceiling light and a overhead door. Tenants provide their own locks.
Rents are $60 and $80 per month with Security Deposit same as 1 month’s rent.
Long term and short term rental terms on storage units.
Shops:
Small and large shops with ceiling lights and outlets, each with at least one 9 x 7 overhead door. Shop sizes are: 16 x26 & 16 x 34. Tenant is responsible for electricity and their own lock.
Lease terms are 1 year. Other terms can be discussed.
Rents range from $245 to $295 per month depending on size, Security Deposit same as 1 month’s rent.
